Big ups to KHolmes for helping me get my car started one morning and even following me to the PEP Boys next door to my location. I thought it was battery, but when he jumped my car it kept going out after a few moments. He then told me it was the alternator and helped me get to PEP Boys to have them look at it. After they finished the repair, I had no issues with my car starting. Thanks

I had lost my only key fob and was locked out of my car with no way to get back home. I was seriously stressing about being able to get home, especially with it being a Sunday and most car dealerships being closed. Kenneth was able to get someone out there to help me out, and in an hour I was driving home. He was professional, courteous, and very communicative (which I find can be a rarity in this business). He was able to get me a good deal, and more than that, he was able to give me peace of mind in a very stressful situation. Hopefully, I won't have to be in this position again, but I know if I am in a sticky situation, that I found a reliable person to call. Many, many thanks!

he changed the locks in my rental property and gave me the locks free. He he just charge for labor. what a great deal. I will always Call Charly. I lost my keys. Charley arranged for his locksmith to come out and make me one. But, they had to buy codes and Ken paid for this personally. He is a good Christian man. I love this company. My insurance company called me to tell me Call Charley is on the way. Upper Marlboro is 30 minutes is about 45 minutes from my location. Well Charley pulls up to help 8 minutes after the call. It was dark cold and i was not comfortable, charley calmed me down and changed the tire. He was so nice and understanding a real gentleman. He said I have daughters and would want them treated the same way if they had a problem. Awesome service
